MTS Productions Presents The Haunted Halloween Party Cruise aboard the Harbor Lights boarding starts at 7PM & will depart at 7:30pm into the night on Friday, October 26th. For the next three hours, you and your friends will enjoy an incredible live, well-stocked cash bars, and beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline. And since it’s Halloween, come dressed to impress, because we’ll be awarding a cash prize at the end of the night to the person with the best costume.
